I enquired on this chair in both Perth stores , however was advised they could not help me with the viewing of a chair. I was then told to ‘order it online like other people’… disappointed with this lack of service. I then ordered one chair to see if I did like it before proceeding with the full order of 10 chairs. Sadly was very uncomfortable and quality is not good. Had to take the leveling pads off completely to get it to not wobble. Definitely try before you buy. Will now attempt to return however the service so far hasn’t been great so I don’t hold hope.
